How do I check if my iPhone or Android is compatible with theYaeSIM US eSIM?

3. On your selected activation date, the carrier pushes an "Add eSIM" notification directly to your device screen. Tap the notification to download and install instantly.
What time zone is used to calculate the eSIM activation and expiration?
All data plans and activation times are calculated using California Time (Western US Time). Your plan activates by 10:00 AM on your chosen start date and expires precisely at 23:59 (11:59 PM) California Time on its final day. If you arrive early in the morning, we recommend setting your activation date to the day before your departure.
Does this plan include a real US phone number for local calls andtexts?
Yes. This plan provides a local US phone number (+1) featuring unlimited local calling and text messaging within the United States. You can easily call local hotels, text travel companions, or coordinate with Uber and Lyft drivers.
Can I keep using my original WhatsApp number with this eSIM?
Yes, your WhatsApp and other messaging apps remain completely tied to your original phone number. The eSIM only handles your cellular data, calling, and texting in the US without altering your app accounts.
Can I top up, renew, or extend my data plan if I decide to staylonger?
Yes, plan extensions are possible under certain conditions. If you wish to extend your current plan, please contact us at least 2 days before it expires. Please note that due to carrier policy or network limitations, an extension cannot be 100% guaranteed. If an extension is not available for your specific plan, you can simply purchase a new eSIM via YaeSIM.
What should I do if my eSIM isn't working or if I accidentallydeleted it?
Do not delete the eSIM profile if you experience connection issues, as doing so removes our ability to troubleshoot. However, if you accidentally delete the profile, please contact our customer support immediately. We can refresh and re-issue the eSIM profile to get you back online.
