We stand by our service with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp—we’ll resolve issues promptly or issue a refund if eligible.
Refund Eligibility Requirements:
- Purchase Validation. The eSIM must have been purchased directly from YaeSIM.com. Full Refund (100%).
- QR code was not scanned, not installed, or expired.
- QR code was scanned and installed but not activated or expired. Delete the eSIM from your device. Submit a screenshot of the deleted eSIM to our support team.
- Push Notification installed eSIMs (US, Mexico and Canada only). Refund must be requested at least 3 days before your activation date. Late requests (within 3 days) will incur a 2-day service fee deduction.
A full refund is available under the following conditions:
- The eSIM has been successfully activated and used.
- Technical issues arising from device incompatibility, carrier lock, mis-use, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., network coverage).
- Failure to contact our support team or cooperate with technical assistance to resolve the issue.
- For notification installed eSIMs, refunds are no longer eligible if the validation period has 3 days or less remaining.
How to Request a Refund:
- Please reach out to us at info@YAeSIM.com to initiate the process.
- Necessary information or proof may be required (e.g., uninstalling an unused eSIM for verification).
- FOnce your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method, with processing times dependent on your payment provider.
When & How Will the Refund Be Processed?
Our team will review your refund request and eSIM status, then respond within 48 hours with a determination—whether your order qualifies for a full refund, partial refund, or does not meet the refund criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within an additional 48 hours.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. For example, PayPal refunds are instant, while credit card refunds may take 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Note:
Once the QR code is issued, it will expire after 30 days. Refunds are not available for expired eSIMs; however, you may request an exchange for them.
