The following terms and conditions shall apply to all services rendered by YAeSIM.com, hereafter referred to as YAeSIM, in connection with the prepaid eSIM reselling. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to YAeSIM. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Description of Service

1.1 eSIM Service

YAeSIM.com sells prepaid eSIMs. Customers purchase their eSIMs on https://YAeSIM.com.

1.2 Registration

Customers must accept the General Terms and Conditions to use YAeSIM.

1.3 Start, Duration, and Termination

The service between YAeSIM and the customer begins upon order placement at https://YAeSIM.com. The duration will be as per the terms of the plan purchased. The service ends either upon full consumption of the plan or expiry of the plan’s duration, whichever occurs first.

1.4 Engagements

1.4.1 YAeSIM’s Engagements

YAeSIM shall use reasonable steps to make the Service available to you at all times, contingent upon our and/or our service provider’s ability to maintain network capacity and connection availability. However, because YAeSIM relies on technology and networks provided by its partners, YAeSIM cannot guarantee network coverage, quality, or availability of the Service.

YAeSIM partners with other entities to provide the Service. YAeSIM is under no obligation to inform the customer if it uses services from such partners. Customers agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of our partners as well.

1.4.2 Customers’ Engagements

The Customer must not engage in any action:

That is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent;

That causes the Network to be impaired or damaged;

If the customer breaches its obligations, YAeSIM may suspend the customer’s use of the Service, and the customer will remain liable for all charges due under these Terms and Conditions.

Note: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Services may violate criminal and civil laws. YAeSIM reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

2. Payment, Replacement, Cancellation, and Refund

2.1 Payment

Payment is processed via Shopify Pay and PayPal.

2.2 Delivery

eSIMs will be delivered via email. The customer must provide a verifiable email address to receive the eSIM QR codes.

2.3 Replacement and Cancellation

Customers may request a replacement or cancellation prior to activation and installation, within 30 days of purchase.

2.4 Refund

Customers may request a refund prior to activation and installation, within 30 days of purchase.

YAeSIM’s credits or vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

3. Privacy

All data provided by customers while using YAeSIM services will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Customer data stored by YAeSIM will be used solely for contractual fulfillment and to inform customers about products related to their agreement. By using our services, you explicitly consent to receiving such communications, including marketing materials, via electronic means (e.g., email). You may revoke this consent at any time by submitting a written request to YAeSIM, specifying the email addresses affected.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on YAeSIM.com, including trademarks, logos, website designs, text, images, audio, and video, is the property of YAeSIM or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

YAeSIM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

* The use or inability to use our services.

* Reliance on any information provided by YAeSIM.

* Errors, interruptions, file deletions, viruses, delays, or system failures.

6. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit feedback, ideas, photos, videos, or other materials (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant YAeSIM the unrestricted right to:

* Edit, publish, distribute, and use your Submissions in any medium.

* Modify or repurpose content without obligation to:

* Keep Submissions confidential.

* Provide compensation.

* Respond to submissions.

By submitting content, you agree that:

* Your comments will not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).

* Your comments will not contain defamatory, unlawful, or malicious content.

* You will not impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of submissions.

* YAeSIM assumes no liability for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove any inappropriate material.

7. Legal Validity

These Terms of Service, along with any related agreements, are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on YAeSIM.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
