  1. Instant eSIM Delivery via QR Code
    1. Your eSIM will be delivered via email within 6 hours of purchase, complete with a QR code and a detailed installation guide.
    2. For the best experience, we recommend ordering your eSIM approximately 15 days before your trip. Install it at home using a stable Wi-Fi connection for a smoother setup process—avoid waiting until you arrive at the airport or hotel.
    3. Please note that the QR code will expire 30 days after delivery, so plan accordingly to align with your travel schedule.
  2. eSIM Activation via Push Notification Your eSIM will be installed through a push notification sent directly to your device. No QR code scanning is required!
    1. Activation Timeline: Your eSIM will go live around 10:00 AM New York Time (EST, UTC/GMT -5) on your selected activation date.
    2. Standard Activation: Takes 3 business days (submit device details at least 3 days in advance).
    3. Rush Activation: Expedited to 2 business days (additional fees may apply).

Key Requirements:

  1. Ensure your device supports eSIM push notifications (iOS 16+/Android 12+ recommended).
  2. Submit your device information (e.g., IMEI code and EID code) 3 business days before your activation date.Example: For a June 10 activation, submit details by June 7, if submitted on June 9, the earliest rush activation is June 11.
